Context of the story
Since the implementation of the Knowledge Management and Communications (GCyC) strategy, efforts have been directed towards positioning FONTAGRO's new vision outlined in the Medium-Term Plan (PMP) 2020-2025. To achieve this, visibility and presence in external target audiences were reinforced, utilizing traditional media channels as well as more innovative platforms like social media to promote institutional content and the activities and results of projects. However, FONTAGRO's knowledge products, whether developed internally or in collaboration with third parties, as well as the messages they generate, require ongoing and broader dissemination efforts. This demonstrates the need to coordinate the creation of content, messages, and dissemination procedures.
